What if I can’t find the feature I want?

Oversite Bespoke allows you to create your own system, with any feature you need – even features that may not appear on our website. Speak to us about your business processes and we’ll develop an Oversite system that’s built to your exact requirements.

Oversite Lite and Pro also allow you to add features in future.

Please note: changes to your system will incur extra costs.

What if my company’s needs/processes change?

Oversite is unique in the way that you can add and remove features in future, to facilitate growth and change.

What device is the worker app available on?

The Oversite Worker App is available to download on Apple and Android mobile/tablet devices.

What if I need Oversite Bespoke but can’t afford?

You can spread the cost of your Oversite bespoke system with our flexible payment and funding options.

Sometimes, an Oversite Bespoke system which is leased or financed can end up costing around the same as our set Lite and Pro packages per month.

What happens to my system if my company grows?

Due to its bespoke design, Oversite can grow in-line with your business. Features and users can be added in future.

Is it possible to import data from another CRM/System?

Yes, we can help you move all your data from your existing CRM so you can pick up where you left off. You can even integrate with products you might already be using like Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, Office 365 and more.

What device can I access my Oversite solution on?

Oversite can be accessed online, on a computer, laptop or tablet device with an internet connection.

I have more than 5 employees, can I still use the Oversite Lite package?

Yes, we can extend user licences at an extra cost. You can also upgrade to Oversite Pro or Oversite Bespoke at any time.

What if I have an issue that I need to speak to someone about?

Oversite Bespoke customers are given direct contact details should they have an issue that they need to speak to one of our team about. Oversite Lite and Pro users can contact our team using the support feature from within their Oversite system.
